MIRUS Hemorrhoid Stapler
PPH is an acronym for Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids, and PPH has advantages over traditional procedures because the methodology is performed above the pectineal line inside the anal canal, influencing less nerve endings. The MIRUS Hemorrhoid Stapler mechanism provides two staggered rows of titanium staples in the 32mm and 34mm diameters connected in the anal canal for tissue transection inward.
The accompanying accessories include an access door, anoscope and dilator. The anuscope was designed to assist with the application of bag suture above the pectineal line. It is an aid and markings to assist in making a suture in a circumferential pouch in a predictable placement within the rectum.
MIRUS hemorrhoid staplers are available in the following sizes:
II Rows - 32mm and 34mm
III Rows - 34mm and 36mm
